We also don’t have a “pay-to-play” system where each captain has to lower rates or raise commissions to get work. Instead, you qualify to be on the Team, follow the rules set by the team and you have a career for life without having to compete with listing placement sites.
Our algorithm is seniority and rewards those who are loyal and contribute more value to the company for the better good of the Team. It’s that simple.
