You will catch one.
Complaints about hydrilla removal is wrong. You could not even drive thru Eastside. Now you can move around. However, lowering of the lake is stupid. They say it's for the snailkite bird. It's B.S.. Know this if you fish here on a horrible day you will catch at very least one bass. Good days we…

In the area, this is a must-do activity. We visit Sebring raceway a couple of times a year and had no idea how much great fishing was in the area. Bass Online has provided us the added activity we look forward to every time we visit the speedway!

A Small Slice Of Nature
Stopped off a while at the state park after a great day of fishing in Lake Placid. I like exploring new natural areas and enjoyed this experience and the lake area. The park has a small shelter and a restroom.

Family Time
My son, two grandsons, and I normally fish Crooked lake and catch very little. This year I hired Captain Bill to show us around and boy did he. We caught more fish than we had in the last 5 years, it was worth every cent for my family.

Went fishing with Capt Joe several times, Caught fish each time. I like fishing Lake Istokpoga and Lake June. Capt Joe has a really nice boat and equipment, which made it nice that we didn't have to bring our own.

What was is now gone
This lake WAS a great place to fish . Now they have sprayed it to death and all the beautiful water, submerged grass and arrowhead grass clumps are all gone. All that’s left is now dirty water, dirty bottom, fish with sores on them and tough fishing.

Enjoyed the adventure
This small state park is well worth a visit to learn about the unique flora and fauna of central Florida.

Lake June State Park
The local park is 845 acres, with lots of wading birds and birds in general, small animals, squirrels. You can fish from shore, canoe, kayak, otherwise lite-on amenities. They have hiking trails and a bathroom.
