Questions captains ask

How do I get paid?+

Choose full payment online or a deposit with balance collected on the day. Payouts are handled through a secure payment connection you set up after verification — set once, then automatic.

What if I need to cancel for weather?+

Your listing is never penalized for a weather cancellation, even last minute. Customers receive a full refund and we don't retain any portion of the payment.

Can I run freshwater and saltwater trips?+

Yes — select every category that applies during your application, and each will have its own credential requirements where relevant.

How long does verification take?+

Typically two business days once your license and insurance documents are submitted. You'll get an email the moment your status changes.

Submit your request

Fifteen minutes, six short sections. You can save and come back if you don't finish in one sitting.
