About Capt. Mark Shepard
Capt. Mark Shepard runs his trips out of Clewiston on the south shore of Lake Okeechobee, where he has spent more than three decades chasing big largemouth. He grew up in Ohio, came south as a kid, and built a resume that includes FLW tournament wins on the same water he guides today.
Trips start around sunrise, though he is happy to work around your schedule. You can fish live shiners or artificials, and in the cooler months he will also put you on crappie. Kids, veterans, anglers with disabilities and even the family dog are welcome aboard.
