We understand life happens, so your reservation can be changed at any time up to 24hrs prior to a scheduled trip. But if our captain leaves for the boat ramp the day of, you forfeit your deposit automatically. Up to that point, we will work with you and try to accommodate those unexpected life moments.
If the guide is unable to fulfill your charter due to unforeseen circumstances. Do as inclement weather, mechanical problems, boat ramp closures, government mandates, etc., that are beyond our control. When this occurs, we will be happy to work with you to apply the total amount in a refund. Or a credit toward another hunting or fishing experience available in our area.
